Introduction
As a Team Admin/Leader, you can resend enrollment emails to users in teams where you are designated with the enhanced privileges. If a user has an account, but has never logged into NAVBLUE Academy before, you can send them an enrollment email to finalize setting up their account. If the user has logged in before, you can send them a login email as a reminder to complete their assigned courses. The latter is covered in a different article.
This feature is particularly useful for new users who did not receive their enrollment email to finalize their NAVBLUE Academy profile.
Detailed Explanation
REMINDER
You must be on the Admin View to resend an enrollment email to another user. To do so, click the initials in the top-right corner and click the switch to admin view list item.
You can find a user's account through these two tabs:
- the People tab
- the Teams tab.
In the People tab, you can search for the user's profile if they are enrolled in one of your designated teams as a Team Admin/Leader.
Let's use the Teams tab to find an existing user and send them an enrollment email to finalize their account.
Click the Teams tab.
Here lists all the teams that you are designated as a Team Admin/Leader for.
Click the NAVBLUE Academy - TESTING TEAM hyperlink.
Find the user in the team and click their name.
Click the Fred Hixton hyperlink.
If you notice, this user has Never logged in. This procedure is only for users who have an account in NAVBLUE Academy, but have not accessed it at all. This means that they have previously been registered, but have not finalized their profile details and set a password.
Click the Options button.
Click the Send login emails list item.
Click the Send button.
SUCCESS
Congratulations! You have successfully sent an enrollment email to a user who has never logged in.
