If you have forgotten your password for NAVBLUE Academy, you can self-service a password reset by following the instructions below.
Note: In order to use this function, you need to have previously activated your account and set up a password. You will not receive a password reset email if your haven't done so.
- Go to https://navblue-academy.litmos.com/.
- Click the I've forgotten my username/password hyperlink.
- Enter your email address/username that you registered with. If you cannot remember your email address, you will need to raise a ticket with us from the NAVBLUE Academy support portal.
- If the email address you enter is a recognized email address, you will receive a link to your email address from which you can reset or change your password. If you do not receive a login link, please submit a ticket through the NAVBLUE Academy support portal.
