Introduction
Getting a certificate
In this topic, you learn how to download a course certificate.
We estimate that this will take 1 minute to complete.
Detailed Explanation
Eligibility
Most courses have a course certificate available to you upon course completion. We do not make course certificates available to download unless all of the mandatory modules within a course have been completed to a satisfactory level. These requirements differ on a course by course basis, but generally speaking, we track the following:
- In eLearning modules, did you go through all of the content?
- In classroom or webinar modules, did you attend and did you gain a satisfactory score from the instructor?
- In quizzes and tests, did you get sufficient questions correct to pass?
- In videos, did you watch at least 95% of the video or did you fast forward through it?
HINT
If you think that you have completed a course but a certificate is not available to download, it may be that you have simply missed some content in a module. Use the module navigator within a course to check on the completion status of the modules.
We won't award you a certificate if you don't complete the course.
We provide all of our certificates in a PDF format. If you want a hard copy, you can print these files.
Click the Achievements tab.
Click the Mission+ Terminal Chart - v1.4 0 v1.6 Download certificate hyperlink.
In the Achievements area, you can see all of your course completions. If there is a certificate associated with a course, it will be available to download.
As time goes on, some people may have quite long lists of course completions. We arrange them with the latest course completions at the top and the oldest course completions at the bottom.
